We also work hard to reduce the carbon footprint of any event as best we can while still meeting the exacting standards that we are known for. We recycle, utilize local talent when preferable, and look to leave places better than we found them. When we do travel, we take pains to reduce our impact on the environment as makes sense. Of course, we are not perfect, but we simply try to be less harmful than we could be.

There is a wide range of commerce in B.C. and it is an economic powerhouse. There's the tourism of Victoria, Kamloops, Kelowna, and Whistler to the industry of Burnaby and Richmond, the educational institutions of Vancouver, to the workers of North Van, Surrey and Coquitlam. WE COME TO YOU!
We work with groups that are small, medium and large. We also work with people that are in the city, the suburbs, and that are in more rural areas. It never made sense to get our own facilities. We come to a venue of your choosing and this allows you to make your own food and beverage options. In general, you want enough light to see, enough space to move around comfortably, and it should be quiet enough to hear. Everything else can be adjusted to.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY? IS CURRENCY OR LANGUAGE AN ISSUE?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where in the province you will be. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose approprate options and have a better feel for the resources required. Likewise, we deal with international companies and can accept different currencies and can operate in other languages, especially French. But most of our events are in English and in Canadian dollars, often using Interac E-Transfer.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to underbuild and not provide enough service to achieve you goals when your budget could allow those options.

We serve the entire province of British Columbia with corporate events, training and private party entertainment in B.C.. We can do so in Victoria, Whistler, Kamloops, Burnaby, The Sunshine Coast, and the Greater Vancouver Area including downtown, North Van, West Van, Richmond, Port Moody, as well as everywhere else you can think of! We come to our clients wherever they are and work with local venues that our clients acquire to help make this happen.
